medicinal ingredient (health canada): sodium chloride (purified sea salt) non-medicinal ingredients: purified water, eucalyptol, menthol, polysorbate 80 (an emulsifier), organic eucalyptus oil when mixed with 7.75 oz (230 ml) of water, each capsule yields 0.9% isotonic saline

CAUTIONS/INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Use only as directed. Do not use if you are allergic to menthol or any of the ingredients above. Menthol causes a sensation that most people experience as "cooling" or "tingling", and find to be refreshing and enjoyable. However, some people describe a "stinging" or "burning" sensation they find to be unpleasant. This is usually mild and goes away shortly after use. If you experience stinging or burning, wait 24 hours before irrigating with a Eucalyptus SaltPod. You can immediately rinse out the nasal cavity by irrigating with an Original SaltPod. If you experience pain during use, stop immediately. If the pain continues, consult a health care professional. If you experience swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away Only for use when mixed with 7.75 oz (230 ml) of water. I tried this one first, from the sample pack Vote Now!. I found it to be invigorating and refreshing. I would buy these when first starting a cold, for the extra relief.

Although you can't go wrong with any Navage product…. I will say the salt pod with eucalyptus is almost like putting a breath mint in your nose that's how refreshing it feels!! It's wonderful to have this product to help with sinus issues. Highly recommend it

The salt pods are easy and convenient to use with the Navage nasal rinse machine. These pods are premeasured and prepacked. Just putting the pod in the machine is all you do to rinse the nose.

The eucalyptus saltpods work great! My whole head feels rejuvenated after a treatment with them. I use them every night. Sometimes I use them twice, rotating the nose cups to change the direction.

I fought a sinus infection for months ,along with major seasonal allergies. I live in the Ohio valley. Did all the meds prescribed with a little relief. 2 weeks later clogged head again. Bought a NAVAGE device and used it 2 times a day for about a week and it started to finally flush freely through my sinus. I now maintain with a 1 or 2 times a week flush. I've only used my allergy medication 2 times in the last 30 days. Down from daily or double daily doses. This is the best I have been able to breathe in years.
