medicinal ingredient (health canada): sodium chloride (purified sea salt) non-medicinal ingredients: purified water, eucalyptol, menthol, polysorbate 80 (an emulsifier), organic eucalyptus oil when mixed with 7.75 oz (230 ml) of water, each capsule yields 0.9% isotonic saline

CAUTIONS/INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Use only as directed. Do not use if you are allergic to menthol or any of the ingredients above. Menthol causes a sensation that most people experience as "cooling" or "tingling", and find to be refreshing and enjoyable. However, some people describe a "stinging" or "burning" sensation they find to be unpleasant. This is usually mild and goes away shortly after use. If you experience stinging or burning, wait 24 hours before irrigating with a Eucalyptus SaltPod. You can immediately rinse out the nasal cavity by irrigating with an Original SaltPod. If you experience pain during use, stop immediately. If the pain continues, consult a health care professional. If you experience swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away Only for use when mixed with 7.75 oz (230 ml) of water. Use daily while suffering from allergies and sinusitis. It's so easy to use and clean, only a couple minutes. It leaves me feeling clear and less congested and reduces the sinus pressure and headache. Worth every penny!

Absolutely no comparison between the two, eucalyptus Hands down. We are starting into the spring months here in Tennessee and I have found that the eucalyptus is like Vicks up your nose. Opens me up and helps me breath of a night when going to bed and removing all that junk in your nose. Class A products, good work.👍

These salt pods have really helped me keep my allergies under control! No more runny or stuffy nose! I use it twice a day, and now realize that I did not really have dry eye, but instead have allergies. I no longer have to use a dry eye mask and buy eye drops to keep my eyes from stinging! As long as I use Navage twice a day, my former dry eye symptoms are kept under control! Thank you! As an added bonus, I enjoy taking a deep breath right after using Navage Eucalyptus, and feeling the Eucalyptus smell penetrate deep into my respiratory system! So refreshing! I do not care for Alkalol's smell, although I would use it if I couldn't get Eucalyptus or original.

Honestly, I tried both of the new pods. I noticed a significantly lessened PND. Even my compounding Rx doesn't seem to make a di but these little dinamos did the trick! I experienced relief from both new pods. The eucalyptus pis were slightly stronger and the relief was more noticeable

The salt pods already work wonders normally. However, adding the eucalyptus takes it over the top. The eucalyptus adds the extra kick needed to help you breath easier and feel cleared out. Leaves a great smell in your nose as well.

I'm sure if you're on this site you used quite a few nasal rinses in the past. But I can say with 100% confidence that this is the best one out there. My husband has been stopped up for almost 3 years. He was scheduled for surgery and had nasal surgery about a month ago. Even before, the surgery he said this was the best one. He is a man that rinses 3+ times a day. He has now thrown out all of his other nasal rinses and he only uses Navage. We still buy all three kinds of pods. But the eucalyptus one is both of our favorite. it opens up your nose and it's like a breath of fresh air. You can't go wrong with this one. if you hate how all other nasal rinses drain down the back of your throat, throw them out by this one and give it a try. It won't disappoint.
