i was somewhat skeptical of purchasing from target after seeing reviews of other kpop albums not having or missing some contents, but thankfully, my neo zone album came with everything! the cd, poster and photo book were in excellent condition. i pulled a haechan photocard, jungwoo circle photocard, and a jaehyun postcard!

What is this?!! There's no plastic wrap around the album. I just received my album and the photo card and circle card is missing. Are the employees stealing them cuz I ordered this online! I'm going to return it. What a waste of time and money! Ugh! I ordered both versions. Going to wait until that one comes in to return them. Pretty sure it wont be wrapped either.

This is a really good album! It came with a folded poster, a photo card of Jaehyun, a circle card of Doyoung and a postcard of Mark!

I recently purchased this item from the website, I purchased both versions! After I got home, I opened it to only see they were not wrapped in a secure plastic, and I had a single postcard for Ver. 1 (Mark Lee). I did not receive the photocard, or the circle card for Ver. 1, and there was nothing inside of Ver. 2! I received both posters', but nothing other than that, and the Mark Lee postcard. I was looking forward to receiving all of the good stuff inside, and being happy. But, I'm not gonna be able to do that now, because of how little I received with each Version. :(

The album isn’t really the problem but mainly Target itself. They take no precautions to making sure nothing gets stolen from the album. I bought it in-store and I was so excited and when I got home and opened it there was only a poster and a the bigger picture and CD in the album. The other 2 photos it’s supposed to have we’re missing. I’m going tomorrow to the store hoping the give me a refund or a new complete one. I recommend you to just buy one online or somewhere you know will be safe.

i mean it got here in time and it had all the photos cards and stuff and but it was opened? like it didn’t have any plastic over it and the book was just looking exposed idk i just didn’t like that like didn’t someone open it or something i’m a bit concerned
