Stick Palm?

Palm arrived in box yesterday. Delivery was faster than expected. One thing, I can't say it looks as pictured and no paoerwork or innstructions accompanied the tree. I have one question........how do you get the branches to look fiull as in the store photo? .....as of now, ours can be a new type of palm, called the stick palm. its narrow and all branches are upward, not sure how to make it full.....anyone know? That's alot of money for the way it is now. Hard to rate this palm until i know how to loosen and relax the branches so it looks full and the reason i gave low rating. i cant answer if id recommmenf this tree for the sane reason.....will get back to you once i figure this out.
