Description
The LUXE Bidet© Neo 185 is a cold-water mechanical bidet toilet attachment. It features dual wash nozzles and dual control knobs that are easy to operate. During use, the nozzle drops below the guard gate. The nozzle retracts when not in use. In addition, the Neo 180 features an innovative self-cleaning nozzle. When activated, freshwater rinses over the nozzles to clean them. The Neo 185 also features a feminine wash mode for a more delicate spray.

Q: is this item electric. What creates the pressure for water?

A: This is not an electric bidet and therefore does not require electrical outlets for bidet installation. Water pressure is dependent on your house/ neighborhood's water pressure. The water flows through the pipe, then through the bidet hose, pushes the nozzle down and activates the spray. Hope this helps! I love this product, it helped my husband. after radiation took its toll on his body, to stay clean and healthier. When I needed a new bidet the company honored the warranty and provided one for free. I did not even have to pay shipping. This is a true 5 star company.

I love this unit. It works just as described. I love that you can control the water pressure. I do not have a very strong water pressure but this works great with what I have. It was easy to install and use. I have it in my mater bathroom. I am thinking of purchasing one for the main bathroom. We use less toilet paper and have cleaner tooshies 😁

For some reason showing a neo 185 but I have the neo 320 as I just spent the better part of an hour finding a fitting that would work for the hot water hookup. That was 2 days ago. Mom is ecstatic that she has a way to clean herself. She is 95 with osteoarthritis in both hands. She also is unable to get in the tub as she cannot get up, even with help. She is only able to shower because of the walk up tub. Being unable to wipe and being too self conscious to ask for help has left her in a bad position. Once I showed her how to center the handle for water that is just right she is in heaven. In fact it is a regular question of WHY this was not a regular installation in all new homes. My sister giving this as a gift was the most thoughtful act that Mom has experienced in the last 20 years. Thank you Luxe ! You have made a person in the last years of her life very happy.

I never considered getting a bidet before because I thought they were just for rich people lol. But I saw this one that was reasonably priced, and watched a couple videos to see how hard it would be to install. I’m glad I got this, it was super easy to attach. The pressure can get pretty high so it does have good power. The only thing I don’t love is the water is cold, but that’s because I don’t have hot and pipes under my toilet. But it works well and I’m a new fan.

I went to D’berville Ms for my granddaughter‘s high school graduation. A lot of the family members came also and they rented Airbnb‘s. One of the Airbnb‘s had a bidet we all tried it and loved it. When my cousin from Chicago got home, she bought her one and when I went to Stafford for Virginia, my brother had one in the guest bathroom so before I left Virginia, he bought me one for my bathroom and I bought my son one for his bathroom. We love them thank you very much and yes, I would recommend your product to anyone. My oldest granddaughter is getting ready to have her first child and my youngest son he does have hemorrhoids. Love my Neo 185. Two issues though, one, I don’t notice any real difference from high to low water pressure, or any difference in where the front and rear jets hit. Otherwise it works great.

Got this as a Christmas present and just had it installed. It took them like 5 min to put it in. (If I would have known that I would have had them do it on Christmas) so far I really like it. I’m still getting used to it. ( which way the buttons turn)
