NeoStrata Resurface Problem Dry Skin Cream, 3.4 oz

I have tried many creams, lotions, even prescriptions for my unsightly and even at times painful because of the deep cracks in my heals. My dermatologist recommended this product and assured me that it would work. She was right...it is the best product I have ever used for my heals. Thank you so much

I have EHK ichthyosis and have used this product for years now. The process of having to exfoliate became so much easier since trying this out. Nothing else compares and I have tried dozens of products over the years. And its not oily!!! Clearly you get what you pay for.

My son has Lamellar Ichthyosis and we have used Problem Dry Skin lotion mixed with Aquaphor for years and it is better than anything else that we have tried. It is better than prescription lotions from the Dermatologist. It is amazing!

I have been using the cream for several years. I use it mainly on my heels that are very dry and can crack. I highly recommended it for this use.

I purchased this a few weeks ago, and it works well. The only negative is that it is very expensive

I suffer from Lamellar Ichthyosis and have been using Neostrata PDS for over a decade now and I can't imagine life without it! I use it daily and have had excellent results! My only recommendation would be to go back to the former jar design because I feel that I go through the new tube design too quickly and that there is much waste leftover. Both problems I didn't have with the old jar design. Thank you for such a great product!

My dermatologist suggested this cream. I have a skin condition on my hands and feet where they have thicker skin and are extremely dry. I used this specifically on my feet to keep them soft and prevent them from cracking. This cream definitely works!

Been using this cream for years..it is awesome...BUT...the new packaging is causing me to use it up quicker (maybe that is by design so you need to order more - sooner?) anyway, I would PREFER the larger jar back as an option. (I have a lot of body to cover...:-) )

My daughter has lamellar ichthyosis, and we have been using the PDS cream for at least 18 years...because IT WORKS. It reduces scaling AND keeps her moisturized. However, the new packaging is absolutely horrible! They used to sell this in jars, which was much more convenient for someone who applies it all over their body every day. These new tubes might be okay for travel, but we are going through the product faster (because it is difficult to get all the cream out of the tube = wasted $), and it is taking her much longer to apply lotion, since she now has to do it one-handed (or get cream all over the outside of the tube if she uses both hands = more waste). I wrote to the company after we received our first shipment in the tubes and asked them to please go back to the jars, or to offer both options. They responded with a generic email, but have not reintroduced the jars. My daughter is currently looking for another cream to use because she hates the packaging that much. It's sad, that after all these years of being a loyal customer (we spend over $130 a month on this), the company does not seem to be listening to our complaint. I would give this 5 stars for effectiveness, but have to drop it to 4 stars because of this packaging issue and the expensive cost.

I have Lamellar Ichthyosis, and nothing changes my skin for the better like your product. I've been using it for 20 years, and have been through the different changes (scent, strengths, thicknesses, etc...) but none have bothered me much, unlike this packaging change. Please bring back the jars!

I have Lamellar Ichthyosis, & have been using the problem dry skin cream for 15+ years. Its a great product, & has eased the discomfort of my dry skin exponentially. Just wanted to say I'm disappointed over the change from the jar to the tube. It's difficult to use all the lotion in the tube without cutting it open... I know both containers say they hold 3.4oz but it seems like I'm going through the tube much faster, but maybe that's the while point...

I ordered this 3 weeks ago which was the best thing I could of done. This cream was recommended by my dermatologist. I had painful skin on the bottom of my feet due to extreme dryness . I used other creams with no help. This cream helped within days of use. I give it 5 stars!!

Our son has Lamellar Ichthyosis and Neostrata PDS was recommended to us through another parent with a child with the same skin disorder. We have been using it for several years and have not found any other product that compares to the results. We apply it to damp skin after his shower. We also apply another lotion over top or glycerin. The PDS holds the moisture in his skin and keeps his skin looking good all day, we do not have to reapply lotion. There is a dramatic difference in the appearance and flexibility/pliability of his skin when applying PDS first. For my son Neostrata PDS is medically necessary for his skin health and we are so grateful to the person who recommended it. Thanks Neostrata - we love your product!

My elbows are dry due to leaning on them while using a computer all day long. My Dermatologist recommended I use this product and I have continued to use it for 4 years. It softens the skin. I would recommend it to anyone with the same kind of problem.

Having been born with a genetic skin disorder I have tried numerous products for my skin. I am a member of FIRST and learned about your "Problem Dry Skin Cream" from their newsletter. I even liked its original scent but others disliked it so it was removed. I thought it smelled lightly of apricots, but I guess I was alone in that. Anyway, the only problem for me is that the product is expensive and I have to apply moisturizers daily over most of my body. But I am happy Neostrata gives we FIRST members a break on the product in recognition of that. Thanks!
