Q: Is there a nerf gun ok for a six year old

A: I'd say a jolt or disruptor would be more suitable as they are the lightest and don't hurt at all when shot by but if your kid plays fortnite get them the SP-L because it's light weight and easy to use

A: Its completely controlled by human strength, you put the rocket in the front pull out to extend it and then quickly push it inwards, this causes the rocket to propel out. Simple and old fashioned really.

The nerf gun uses air to fire, it's interesting compared to other nerfs. However, every single bullet's wings came off the moment they were fired... Awful quality ammo that's not easy to replace.

I like this because my kids are able to find the amo fater since its bigger but the best thing about it is that the bullets do NOT get stuck like in most nerf guns i dont have to struggle tring to fix it.

Doesnt work, cheap. got it for my kid for Christmas, slam fire doesnt work at all. almost as if it's missing a seal. dart lost a fin on the first attempt to fire. do not recommend this at all. will be returning.

This toy is fun. It shoots further the harder you push. It’s all how much pressure you apply when pulling back. It’s great for my young kids and the ammo doesn’t hurts when it hits you like some of the tiny nerf bullets do.

Got this for the birthday boy. This is exactly what he wanted and he's super excited. It has a fake trigger since it's pump action. Honestly thought it was a little boring because of this compared to the plethora of other Nerf guns he has but it turned out to be a hit. It's super easy to shoot, at first the darts weren't flying very hard but after playing around with it a bit it seems to shoot pretty far. Great for someone his age (9), older kids may also find this pretty fun to use. It would have been even better if it would have included more that just 2 darts, which I was aware of by reading the description so I also purchased a pack of replacement darts. The black wings on the darts don't seem too durable but it's an easy fix with some super glue if they do fall off.

My grandson loves this!!! Lord help us. We all get shot with the “rocket launcher” as he calls it. Only one drawback, and it’s not with the toy but more with the kid - it’s a good size so when he turns around, he knocks everything over. It’s like a comedy show.

The product itself is very cool and my kids were really excited to get it. The problem is there are only two missiles included and replacements are hard to find and very expensive. We have a cat that likes to attack Nerf darts, so that’s how the first missile met its match. The second succumbed to my youngest’s habit of peeling things apart. So cool missile launcher, no darts. It’s nearly decorative now.
