Instead of watet balloons, this is a much better option and you don't have to clean up the pieces of the balloons. It's not only for kids to enjoy but adults as well.

We can say with a safety, because if u don't pump it, u won't be able to shoot. I use to see others with more Value, but it's not too bad.
