Q: Does the machine bought new come with sample pods ?

Q: can you just get a cup of hot water?
A: Unfortunately, I don't believe so. I've also tried to push button without a pod, and it doesn't respond to this. BTW, the brew temps are not very hot, one of my chief complaints.
submitted bysweetamoshun - 2 years agoA: Thank you for your question. The VertuoPlus machines do not dispense only hot water for tea or other hot water usage. You must insert a coffee capsule for the machine to perform.

Q: Is the VertuoPlus,the same idem as the Vertuo Plus? The pictures are different on the box and online...
A: The VertuoPlus and Vertuo Plus are the same machine. Please kindly be advised that this machine comes in two styles, one with a flat top and one with a rounded top. If the machine you received does not match the images on the listing you selected, we recommend reaching out to Target customer service directly for further assistance.
