There's a few key things to keep in mind when purchasing your minutes.
1. You'll receive three emails.
The first one will be your order confirmation, just as with any other online purchase.
Your second email will be a notification that your order has shipped. This email is NOT
your Net10 minutes. It's letting you know that your minutes order should be landing in your inbox VERY SOON. (There's even a good chance that your cellular minutes have already been delivered, at this point.)
2. The minutes email is sent from a different address, not from the regular Target address. Your third email will be from "Target.com E-Gift Card." --- IMPORTANT: If you don't see the "Gift Card" fulfillment email, check your OTHER Inbox, often referred to as your Spam Folder. (That's where my minutes land.) You can always add the fulfillment address to your email contacts list later, if you don't want your notification showing up in Spam.
3. Click on Email #3. Once you've entered your email address (for verification) and clicked, you'll see a screen showing a Net10 minutes card on the left side of your screen. The NT image should show the correct amount of minutes you purchased. Under the image, you'll see the NT Card# and immediately under that you'll find the 15-digit PIN you'll need to enter on your phone.
PS - My Net10 orders have all been fulfilled within the designated timeframe.
