When will neutrogena listen To your customers?? Many reviews state it burns and causes redness. Why haven't you addressed THis concern? Used the original oil free, oil free with spf15 and sensitive skin for decades with no issues and you discontinued those and now have these issues. Not happy!

I’m so sad… i used neutrogena for forever and they changed the formula i guess? it’s now watery and makes my skin burn and leaves me super oily within an hour. I thought i found my forever face moisturizer but i guess i’ll have to find something else.

I've spent years searching for a moisturizer that i didn't react to (i've been to mayo clinic for allergy tests and tried so many products) and loved the daily moisturizer for sensitive/reactive skin! my esthetician commented on the hydration and softness and asked what i was using. now they changed the formula and my skin feels dry/flaky and sometimes itchy. this is the only thing i have changed. i'm soooo sad :( whenever i find a good product companies always change the formula and i almost stocked up just knowing this. too late.

Only positive here is that i like the consistency of the formula. Its smooth and not too thick. I Really wish neutrogena hadn’t discontinued the “oil-free moisture for sensitive skin” a couple years ago. It was the only moisturizer that seemed to work for my skin. I’d been using drug store versions which have been great, but now they are ditching those as well. Tried this and after just a couple days my face broke out in a way that it hasn’t for literal years. I can’t pinpoint what ingredient caused it, but i will not be continuing use. For a company that should care about skincare, they should not be abandoning products that so many rely on. Bring it back!

Not sure what’s with all the bad reviews but this is by far the best day moisturizer I’ve ever found. I have very sensitive skin and everything either clogs my pores or irritates my skin and this moisturizer is very gentle and very hydrating. The price point is also great and I’m really glad I finally found a moisturizer that works for me

i bought this lotion to replace my tube that i COULDN'T find. This lotion burned my face. Not a little tingle, but burned and dried out my skin super bad. I was embarrassed to have to go to work like this, i do not have sensitive skin and have never had a reaction before To anything ive put on my face. I actually had patches where it looks like a layer of skin is gone…. because it is. My entire face is flaking and i have to cover my entire face in ointment until it heals.

I BOUGHT this prod thinking it would be good for my sensitive skin. This moistuRizer. Contains alcohol. My face was on fire and Inflamed and a rash. Why do companies try to hide fragrances with other fragrances? This company & other COMPANies need to be mindful of those who have sensitive reactive skin. I’m over it!!

I could not find Neutrogena's oil-free moisturizer which I have used for years, so purchased this and am very sorry I did. It says gentle, but it stung my face as soon as I put it on, and I do not have ultra-sensitive skin. It also took twice as much to moisturize my face than the oil-free did. I don't know why the other is no longer available, but I will not buy this again.

Not very moisturizing. Broke me out with deep cystic pimples and surface blemishes that has left my skin in a sorry state. Don’t use if you have oily skin.

I loved this moisturizer, however, the new formula gave me an allergic reaction. I looked for years for a good moisturizer for my super sensitive skin and this was the only one that worked for me. I used it for a year before the new bottle came out, tried it and broke out in hives. Tried it again just to be sure and same reaction. I then noticed the ingredients have changed not just the NEW look of the bottle. I'm so sad I have to find something new!

I tried this based on the good reviews, but it turns out this product is not for me. This product literally burned so badly the second I applied it to my skin, and I mean it BURNED, not tingled or had a little burning sensation, but like an allergic reaction put me in the hospital type of burning. No exaggeration. I rinsed it off immediately with my eczema soap and soaked my face with purified water on and off all day. I couldn't apply anything but water to my skin for 2 days. I threw this product away. I have tried so many face creams and lotions and find some have a little stinging or burning from the niacinamide, alcohols, or preservatives, but this stands out as the scariest product I have ever tried. I don't know what is in this that caused my skin to flare up so badly, but this is not for my skin. Becareful and patch test if you decide to try this.

Ughhh this summer I finally found a great simple moisturizer that didn’t break me out. This past week when I ordered it for the second time I found out they changed the formula and added cica… I thought darn it sucks they changed it but how different can it really be? Well now after using for a week I have the most painful giant breakouts I’ve had in probably 10 years. Nothing else in my skincare routine has changed so i know it’s this. So bummed I have to deal with this breakout and now have to find another moisturizer.

I’ve been looking for the perfect drugstore moisturizer for years and this is it! Not too heavy, not too light. It’s perfect. My skin is quite sensitive and so far I haven’t had any issues. It absorbs well and doesn’t leave any residue either.

It is not the same formula. You have added Centella Asiatica Extract and butylene glycol! Why???. I liked the ORIGINAL formula! I really wanted to add images of the old ingredients vs. the new but this website wouldn't let me.
