Bought this product and i seen no difference, only felt like i put lotion on them. I will say that this is the only product that has failed me, i do like their other products.

I dont think this is really meant for plumping lips, there is the slightest tingle but then it goes away in a instant and i dont see any noticeable plumping.

Did nothing to plump my lips. I love the packaging and it feels so cool on your lips. The scent is inexistent which I prefer and the ingredients look safe! Not very plumping but does hydrate!

I don't think Neutrogena did themselves any favors by calling this a lip plumper. It's not. There's no instant plumping or anything like that. It's more like a lip treatment that's meant to be used on a more consistent basis. I've been using it twice daily (am/pm) for about 2 weeks as part of my usual skincare routine and have noticed my lips don't seem as dry throughout the day and the texture is softer. I also noticed the fine lines around my lips are less noticeable. So no, it's not going to make your lips instantly big and juicy but it will smooth out lines and help with dryness which can make them look a little plumper and smooth with consistent use.

Did it plump at all. For the price very disappointed because I wasn’t wowed by any aspect of the product.

I already have full lips, but the packaging looks really cool so I decided to purchase this. It’s not very thick. I usually layer a thicker lipgloss over top. I don’t really notice pumping, I assume it works overtime. I like that this is the only drugstore product with peptides.

Smooths out fine lines really well! Gives the tiniest boost to the outer edges of your lips. But you do need to be liberal with the product. Great for the budget friendly price tag

This product was a random pick up for me one day but I fell in love with it! It gives me the perfect plump and to be honest it does not burn as much as you would think.

I got this is March, and I've used it roughly twice a week or so, typically after a lip scrub and before a lip mask, and I've noticed that my lips are definitely fuller; my upper lip used to look like a pencil and now it's got some pretty noticeable definition. A little goes a long way w this, and it's nice that you can massage it in with the product itself rather than your hands. It isn't sticky nor smelly, and doesn't really feel like anything sensation wise (although the massage part is amazing). Only downside is the price, but its definitely more affordable than other options.

It’s weirdly hard to find moisturizing lip products that are emulsified and actually moisturize your lips instead of just being a barrier. I do love that this is an oil-in-water emulsion, and it has a lot of nice ingredients. It helps a lot to put this on and then seal it with a normal oil/wax lip balm. But let’s be real- it doesn’t plump. Maybe if your lips are crazy dry, then just moisturize them will make them look fuller but that’s a stretch. If it were half the price I would buy it again.

It’s not a good lip plumper. It’s awkward to apply onto the lips and it feels like it’s doing nothing.

Not entirely sure this is making a difference. Been using it for a couple of weeks.

I really like this product. Helps ease the vertical lines above my lips.

This lip plumper is the 1st I’ve used that does seem to work. It doesn’t burn/tingle. My lips do look fuller.
