Q: I purchased this and it arrived last evening. Why are parabens listed on the ingredients on the box when stated above this doesn't contain parabens?

A: Neutrogena reformulated this product recently (maybe in the last year or two?) so it's likely that you received a package of the old formula, that did contain parabens. The new formula does not.

It's clear-ish like neosporin and amazing for the winter. It's absolutely wonderful, if you are an eczema sufferer, like myself. It is an absolute MUST if you ski/snowboard and deal with windburn. It's gentle enough to use on extremely sensitive cracked skin. The fragrance-free version of this hand cream is truly fragrance-free. This is what I grab when I have an eczema flare up but don't need my super expensive medicated stuff.

A: Thanks for asking, we're sorry we didn't get back to you right away! This product was reformulated in August of 2021. We replaced the preservative ingredients and removed fragrance to better adjust to needs of our consumers with sensitive skin <3

I bought this product today & the new upgraded formula is nowhere near as GOOD as the previous formula. The consistency is thin & rather than soothing stings. Very disappointed. Your lip balm in a tube was great - can you REINTRODUCE it please?

I've been using this for years, maybe decades now. Prior to finding this i always struggled with dry hands in the winter, really bad cracked knucles. Probably the most dedicated I am to any product is this here. Amazing.

I really like this product. You only need a tiny pearl size drop , massage it into hands and they feel so silky soft. At first you think it's more of an ointment and takes a little longer to rub in, but oh....so worth it.

I have used the fragrance free hand lotion for about 21 years. I finally couldn't find anything but the new lotion. First it smelled like granma's rose oil. i figured i could handle it. about 1/3 of the way down the tube it changed to a play doh like smell. I couldn't get it off my bedclothes. Horrible. two tubes of lotion in the garbage. you had a winning formula. i doubt i'll ever try another of your products after this.

This hand cream has been available for numerous years. I find it to heavy, waxy and it pills on the back of ones hands. Not to mention, that it also cakes in ones nail beds and comes off onto ones clothing. Neutrogena’s other hand creams of the past were much more suitable.

I just tried this product for the first time and I love it! I only need to use a fairly small amount to alleviate the dryness and it’s not at all greasy. I will definitely be buying more of this cream to keep at various places around my house.

This is so sticky! I think it’s fragrance free, but definitely has a slight scent that is somewhat pleasant. My fingers stick together after using this product and it just feels gross. It also takes some elbow grease to rub it into your hands, without leaving them white. I do like the size of the bottle, it’s nice and small easy to carry around. But I may just return this because of how sticky it made my hands feel. Very disappointed.
