Neutrogena Radiant Tinted Moisturizer with SPF 30 - 1.1 fl oz

I've been using this product for years and it was great (left). The new (right) version is thicker, lumpy and a terrible orange color that can't possibly work for anyone. Very disappointing as it's quite expensive at $20.49 for 1.1 oz tube.

The shade on this one is nice, or it would be if it provided better coverage. The texture when it comes out of the tube is thick and pasty- it's difficult to apply and I've tried both a makeup blender sponge and my fingers. Once on, it looks very greasy, and makes my face look red. Finally, despite its thickness, it offers very little coverage. I don't recommend it at all.

The tinting was very orangey and did not spread evenly. It got clumped up in different areas.

Sheer ivory turns orange on my skin, impossible to blend in

When I discovered the old formula of this product I absolutely loved it. I told myself that this was perfect, and that I would never use another foundation/moisturizer. The tint was light enough for my fair skin. It went on smooth and sheer with just a hint of glow. It was the perfect product. When I went to buy a second tube, I couldn’t find it anywhere. Why would Neutrogena dump such a wonderful product? I suppose they are making more money on the new one. So I have tried different Neutrogena products and other brands, but nothing compares. Still looking for something that will work. Shame on you Neutrogena. I would be willing to pay more just to have the old formula back.

The new formula is awful, honestly the old formula was my favorite because it was liquidity and very easy to blend with the hands or brush and it was very comparable to higher end products.. this new formula is like a whip consistency and not as easy to blend quickly like the older one and with a brush is just difficult since it’ll leave the brush marks and this one feels heavier on the skin it feels like a foundation and not a tint anymore.. I wish they bring back the older formula with more shades…

I promise this stuff USED to be amazing. It USED to be light, moisturiziing, and the ivory was a cool toned pale color. Now? Oof, now it's the complete opposite. It's thick, drying, and ORANGE. It's a massive disappointment for me, as someone who had used this instead of foundation for years. Don't bother.

The formula has changed making the product clumpy and not a smooth application.

Really awful. The texture of this product is thick and dry. I cannot get it to blend into my skin. Have tried with/without another moisturizer and even mixing. Either way it either looks patchy or pills like crazy. Giving up on this.

I like this tinted moisturizer. I personally do not use this as my only moisturizer. I will put on my usual skin care and then use this as my light makeup. It is thick out of the tube. However I also mix it with the Elf Halo Glow and it looks pretty! I am glad I didn't listen to all the reviews.

I used to wear this product instead of makeup. I liked the old formula much better. It was sheer and had a dewy finish—-LIKE A TINTED MOISTURIZER SHOULD BE! This formula is thick, opaque, and darker. It settles in my pores and is hard to blend. I will be looking for a new tinted moisturizer.

CONS: 1. The Formula Changed & was not advertised on the website, so I received the updated product unexpectedly (December 2024.) 2. The Color I ordered doesn’t match the Old Formula even though they are both listed as Sheer Ivory 10. New formula is more yellow and turns my face a weird yellow orange color. PRO: 1. Price point is good. 2. New formula is more matte, which I like.

This was my daily tinted moisturizer. I used in replacement of foundation. It was amazing total five stars and beyond. I ordered a new one from target and it is thick. It is so hard to get out of the tube and I ordered another one to see. Maybe that was just a fluke same exact thing. Neutrogena must’ve changed their formula and I am not a fan.

Very heavy it’s feels like thick sunscreen and smells like it too. The color match was ok.

This stuff is the absolute worst. Does not blend into your skin at all. Literally just sits in patches on your pores.

Everything said is true. This formula is awful. I have to rub it in so intensively my skin peels!

This replacement is a huge disappointment I won’t take the time to recap… it’s all the above. Please please bring back the previous formula an obvious opinion shared by hundreds of users . This is the second time my foundation/ tint was reformulated… so frustrating

This tinted moisurizer feels thick and sticky on the skin. Doesn't apply smoothly or blend well. I use the lightest shade and was trying to find something cheaper than a MLM brand I was using. No thanks!

This feels like a thick layer on my skin! I have the radiant tinted moisturizer by Neutrogena for years, but I can’t find it anywhere right now. This is nothing like it, and I will have to find something else, sadly.

This used to be my go to. The new formula does not blend, is very orange, and highlights all of your skin texture. Do not buy this!
