A: I had the same problems with my skin. I had skin allergy tests and found out I’m allergic to many ingredients in skin care products and makeup. If you can’t get testing done I’d recommend always avoiding anything with fragrance listed in the ingredients. Even things like soap and hand cream- I would use it only on my hands but then touch my face later and have a reaction.

A: On March 22nd, 2020, someone else posted this exact same question. On March 23rd, 2020, the Johnson & Johnson "Brand Expert" posted a different answer. To be clear, Neutrogena considers Both of these products *moisturizers*. However, anything containing Retinol is usually considered a "treatment" and therefore, the stand-alone moisturizer (In this case, the "Hydro Boost") should be used After the Retinol product, as the very Last product applied. (I would love to post the screen shots here - but this comment section won't allow) Do the retinol anti-wrinkle cream 1st, moisturizer 2nd - in any & all circumstances. The so-called "brand expert" who answered this is either a bot or asleep at the wheel!!! ( And yes, I will be sure to report it, as well! )
