I never write reviews but feel extremely compelled to write this one. I have been using this chapstick for years and years. It is the only chapstick that keeps my lips hydrated and has a beautiful color. I had no idea Neutrogena changed the formulation until I got the clear tube instead of the black tube. This new chapstick is horrible. It tastes bad, has some sort of fragrance, does not offer the same rich color as the previous formulation, and has made my lips peel and crack. Please for the love of God Neutrogena...change. it. back. OR if you have a stockpile in a warehouse of the old formula reach out to me so I can purchase enough to last me another at least 20 years (maybe 300 tubes?). Hate the new formula, absolutely unusable now. I’ve used this for years, always got compliments for how natural it looks. I would even use this to go out. But the new formula change is terrible, it leaves a disgusting taste in your mouth immediately and makes my tongue tingle. Also the color and moisture lasts about 30 minutes before you have to reapply again. It also doesn’t feel as tinted as before. Off to look for a new tinted lip balm.

I’ve been using this lip balm for years (black tube) and I absolutely loved it! They just changed the formula and packaging! It’s now in a clear tube with a pink wrapper. After applying this new formula, my mouth starts to salivate with a weird taste in my mouth. Please bring back the old formula. It was perfect the way it was! I have to return the three new tubes I bought and find a new everyday lip balm now… *tear*

Ive been using this product fir years. Bought a new tube if the revitalizing lip balm with sunscreen. As soonnas i out it on my lips and face got hot. I use my rise petal on everyday. I nitice the bew package has lanolin , but other one doesn’t.

I bought this a couple weeks ago for my tight dry lips and I bought it for the color that it stated on the front. It said it was a plum. The color is not even close and the formula is terrible. it makes my lips burn.

Made my lips burn as soon as I applied it! I really wanted to like it, but had to scrub it off immediately to stop the burning. Thankfully, I still had the packaging and was able to contact Neutrogena. I was asked a few questions and they said I'll get a refund check, which I appreciate, since it wasn't cheap.

First, I really miss the discontinued Neutrogena Lipcare. I keep trying to find a replacement and this is not it. The "Sheer" is not sheer and has a pretty strong color. The tube does not seem to last very long either.

I have used your SPF 15 lip moisturizer for many, many years and am so sorry you have discontinued it. It was the BEST EVER! And others agree with me. The new SPF 20 is not at all the same and I will not buy it again. The old SPF 15 worked great over the long lasting lipstick, but the new formula does not. Your new lip balm without the SPF is even worse. I won't by that again either and returned all the unused tubes (6) that I had purchased. Please bring back the "good stuff"!

This lip balm has been a game changer for me. The formula is sheer enough to look natural on my lips, but still provides a really pretty hint of color. It's also decently buildable if you want more coverage. It's budget friendly, but knocks it out of the park compared to more expensive tinted balms I've tried :)

This lip balm glides on beautifully, and the Sunny Berry shade gives a wonderful natural tint. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it wears off very quickly (like within a couple of hours).
