Q: Have used SPF 30 because if I use one that is higher I breakout in a rash and also use the moisurizer with sunscreen also. how many hours to reapply?

A: That's a great question! Since SPF factor multiplies your skin's natural protection against sunburn, this time varies from person to person. If you normally burn in 10 minutes and use SPF 30, you would have 30 times your skin's natural protection (or 300 minutes/5 hours before burning). However, we generally recommend reapplying sunscreen every two hours or after swimming, excessive sweating, or wiping your skin with a towel or wipe. This is the only sunscreen I will use on my face! I am prone to breakouts with transitional sunscreen, and this is the only sunscreen that doesn’t make me break out. It is light weight and not oily, so you forget that you’re wearing it. Perfect on its own or light enough to wear under makeup without looking cakey or oily. Protects my face for a full day in normal sunlight! No stinky smells either

this would be perfect if only it was fragrance free. It does smell nice but a fragrance free option would be appreciated for those that are sensitive. Otherwise I love this. It just feels like moisturizer so I am happy to put it on as everyday protection.

I bought this several months ago, and I've been using this for two days now. I love this! This sunscreen feels light, moisturizing, and doesn't cause my skin to break out. These are all pluses for me. It also doesn't make my skin feel greasy, it's not heavy, and it doesn't have a strong fragrance that seems to irritate my skin. this stuff is fragrance free-which is a huge plus for my oily and sensitive skin. every sunscreen that i have tried has either made me greasy. it's made my skin red and irritated due to a heavy fragrance and it's made me break out. this stuff doesn't! please don't discontinue becasue this is my holy grail sunscreen.

This used to be my go-to sunscreen until I developed an allergy/sensitivity to it causing red, swollen patches on my face. I looked up the ingredients and apparently it's not uncommon to have a reaction to the chemicals in this. I have switched to mineral sunscreen and it doesn't cause a reaction but I do miss this one because it wasn't so greasy and white! Just be careful if you have sensitive skin and know that this is a possibility.
