Description
Dominga Grapefruit Paloma from New Belgium Brewing is inspired by the timeless and delicious Mezcal Paloma. To bring this flavorful beer to life, we brew a light golden ale and blend it with our iconic wood-aged golden sour. We then add ruby red grapefruit, golden lime, and a pinch of salt to deliver on the tart, citrusy qualities of a paloma and a spritz. The result is a complex, bright sour tart ale that captures the best parts of a paloma. It’s fresh, zippy and brilliant. While this flavorful yet balanced craft beer can be enjoyed at any time, we especially love pairing it with a tasty, boozy brunch. This is my favorite summer beer. Perfect for a hot day at the pool or beach, the fresh taste of Grapefruit in the IPA leaves one feeling relaxed, refreshed, and wanting more. Keep ‘em coming!

I had been hesitant to try this it was the last of a variety pack. As I finished packing for a move this was the only beers left in the fridge. I was Hot and tired and thirsty. Then I was shocked! What a treat not too sour, fruity and refreshing. I am Happy to say I fell in love among the boxes with Dominga Grapefruit Paloma!

Each time I go to the New Belgium Liquid Center in Asheville, I tell myself that I will try to branch out and get a different beer. I might try samples of the other delicious sour beers if offered, but Dominga Paloma is my beer of choice 99.9% of the time! It is crisp, refreshing, not too sour, not too sweet, tastes pure and not artificially flavored, and is a beautiful color in a tall glass. When I recommend beers to my friends who are not "sour beer lovers", I convince them to give Dominga a try, and they quickly become fans. Please keep making Dominga!

The sour tastes like summertime. Very light and refreshing, especially sitting on the deck of the Asheville New Belgium facility overlooking the French Broard river on a warm summer night. Very nice beer!!!

I bought a mixer pack recently, which included these Domingas. I wasn’t sure if I’d like them, but after one can, I was hooked. Tasty, refreshing summer beer. Especially when you want a change up from pale ales and ipas.
