I was using this for a year and I liked it, but now I’m not using it anymore because it’s not working good as it was before and the color change to orangey color, I think they might of changed the recipe.

We didn’t notice any special outcome from taking them. So can’t say much about their effectiveness so soon. They do include a lot of natural ingredients. They come in a glass dark bottle.

The ingredients are okay, I like that they have fermented foods. I dislike that gums were added to the multivitamin. For some strange reason, there are 24 tablets in the bottle instead of standard 30. Taste is okay, not the best, but you can just quickly swallow it.

Upon removing the lid, I was surprised at the off-putting scent of the pills, probably from the ferment media in the ingredients. Fortunately, the taste was not bad. I compared the ingredients to my other daily vitamin and was disappointed to see that the ingredients did not measure up to what I normally consume: less biotin, less folate and only 4% of the RDV of calcium. I appreciate that the vitamins are made with organic vegetables and herbs, especially for someone who follows a vegetarian or vegan diet. The bottle contains 24 pills, so I am eager to see if it is as effective as my other vitamin over time.

New Chapter has made a One Daily Every Woman's Multivitamin 55+ that is formulated for the needs of women 50+. As someone who needs an iron free vitamin, I appreciate that this is absolutely iron free! It's a really good vitamin, and I enjoy taking it, there's no aftertaste at all. The only drawback is it is in a heavy bottle. I prefer a plastic bottle that might be easier to pick up if you have arthritis.
