Q: WHAT SIZE is MaxHold One size because the back panel is not included and not listed in specifications? We love the Nexcare products but have a lifetime supply of the smallest bandages after using the more common size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a wound on the bottum of my foot. I also tend to shuffle a little on the balls of my feet which causes everybandage I tried to slide of in my shoe. I will also sort of agree that these are a bit of a struggle to learn how to put on, (not like a traditional bandage). After I was shown the way to apply them from the nurse at my doctors office, I will never go back to the old bandages. If you have a long term need for these I also advice bying these little pads called "skin prep". When I ude both together it is amazing how well the stay on my sweaty feet. LEARN TO PUT THEM ON PROPERLY, and they wont get stuck together.

they are large enough to cover a small-ish wound and are waterproof. only caveat, they can take a second to take off, but these are my go-to when needing to cover an injury.

Terrible waste of money

These are the absolute worst I have ever used. I cut two fingers and trying to get the paper off was impossible. It came off in pieces and by the time it all came off the sticky parts were all stuck together. 27 unused bandages just went into the trash. Waste of money. If I could give 0 stars I would. Also it will not allow me to choose Never below in the questions.

I love these bandages, I don't use anything else, I wash my hands frequently, I leave them on until they start to come off by themselves, by then my wound is usually healed, the only problem I have is trying to changed when soiled. I have sensitive skin, tears easily, I have sensitivity to adhesive, these have low tact and are GREAT, I have FREQUENT accidents, I always keep a good supply and keep them in my car, I won't use anything else wherever I need a bandage

Cant get it to stick to dry feet. Could you make them any smaller? Might as well be Bandaid brand junk. I have bought the big Nexcare padded ones and worked great.

Horrible product, badly designed. Waste of money.

This is one of the most poorly designed bandages I’ve ever used. Had to go through a whole box just to get one to apply properly. Everything about it is aggravating, removing the protective film without it sticking to itself or adhering to the skin is impossible. Horrible product don’t waste your money on it. I’m so annoyed I actually had to come to a bandage website to leave a review.

Knee/elbow not sticking. Definitely not for an elb

I'm so disappointed with the knee/elbow bandage! I love the other sizes and I expected the same with these! It won't stay on my elbow no matter what I try! I already used 3 and I'm on my 4th. I thought I would come to the website to see what on earth I could possibly be doing wrong! I know how to put on a bandage I'm 64! Why won't this one stay put? It will only staybon for a coupleof seconds! ! I'm frustrated!

The max hold variety was an accidental purchase for me but these adhere so much better than the others. They lasted through multiple handwashings, some yard work, and a shower. Using them multiple days in a row did cause some irritation, but I’m easily prone to that so it was not a surprise.

Worked Better than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to review these bandages a while ago but waited until I actually needed them to do so. Yesterday I had a mishap while doing food prep and sliced my thumb rather deeply. After cleaning my cut, I promptly applied this bandage. The bandage is fairly thin however the adhesive holds nicely. I tested the bandage by washing my hands multiple times and I even took a shower. I left the bandage on until this morning and it actually held up. I was impressed. Today I decided to change the bandages and changing how I applied them. This time I used two bandages together instead of one as my attempt to provide a wider coverage area but in my opinion the adhesive is a bit compromised. The bandages stick to each other but the edges of the bandages are raised allowing water to get inside. So I would recommend maybe one bandage at a time or applying differently than I did.

Stays through swim practice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally a bandage that stays on through swim practice! It stayed on through the entire swim practice even with all the motions and movements in his wrist. It completely sealed around all the edges even after wearing it all day at school and then into practice. Great that it was clear so it didn’t show as much as other bandages. However it was flexible enough so it fit the awkward place by his wrist. I’ll certainly be adding a couple to the boys swim bags for them to have whenever they or a teammate need one. I reviewed this product free from 3M.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free product to try and provide my opinion. They apply very well for placing on arms/legs/etc; I had some trouble applying to my own finger. The thinner tegaderm-like bandages have a white peel off edge once applied, but I had trouble applying to my own finger. It did stay on all day even with multiple hand washings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so glad 3m gave me max hold waterproof bandages. I really needed them. After raking leaves, i developed a blister. I used a bandage to protect it and continued to rake. I was pleasantly surprised the bandage survived the shower and continued to be effective the next day. It stayed intact through the shower and another day of use!

Lives Up to 'Max Hold' Billing

4 out of 5 stars
DJBIL - 1 year ago
originally posted on Nexcare.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In a fortunate coincidence, 3M offered to send a complimentary box of Nexcare Max Hold Waterproof Bandages just as my family was emptying the last box of bandages in our cabinet. I happily accepted, and the assortment arrived in a few short days. My son is a frequent consumer of bandages -- of all shapes and styles -- and he claimed a handful right off the bat. While helping to wash one of our vehicles, he slipped and fell backwards, violently hitting his back against a visiting relative's car. He went inside to get some first aid, and it wasn't until some time later that I lifted his shirt and saw the large bloody scrape in the middle of his back. As noted, the Nexcare box had various sizes, so he put the largest one to use. Fortunately, he recovered fairly quickly, and I replaced the bandage just once, a few days later, with a much smaller one. Both sizes were effective, with the only slight negative being their unusual shape made it hard to keep them from binding up a bit. However, they lived up to their waterproof billing and kept the wound covered until we took them off, which required a bit of effort. I considered the needed effort positive, though, indicating the bandages kept their "Max Hold" even after multiple days of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am super impressed by these. They are much less conspicuous than a standard bandage and they are seriously waterproof. I cut my hand while cooking ,nothing serious but I was able to finish cooking and did dishes and the bandage stayed in place and no leakage with the water. You barely notice you’re wearing one with the clear edges. Super impressed 10\10 highly recommend.
