People love to be competitive and this little ab wheel would be just the perfect piece to see who can handle the most. The ab wheel itself is super durable and easy to clean. The grips are textured so you can expect a secure grip, very important, especially if you suffer from sweaty palms. It also measures your heart rate so you know you are getting the most optimum performance. I love it, and I guarantee if you want a change in your exercise routine and something fun, this will definitely be a perfect fit!!

I also like the handles as they are ergonomically designed and I feel I can get a really good grip. There is a really cool app that allows you to select the Nextgen Bluetooth equipment you're using, and view things such as calories burned, heart rate, time worked out, etc. The app and ab wheel are both very user friendly and very simple to get started. I really feel this ab wheel does a great job working out my core! Highly recommend!

The work out is great as well. My husband an I both used the wheel and we feel completely secure using it with my full weight and at full extension. We have been using it regularly for about a week now. I haven’t owned it for enough time to attest to its long term durability. The wheel seems bomb-proof, and the handles (as noted) are secure feeling. We love that have Bluetooth and we were pretty impress that the sound it's so good.

Actually not hard on my knees at all and very easy to use I can definitely feel burn working my muscles in my stomach, back and arms. Such a quick easy exercise. Even my 11 year old so enjoys working out with this Ab wheel.

Just love it! I have always believed ab rollers are best thing for core, but love how it shows data of how many reps, calories burned, and you can set goals. The actual roller itself is more sturdy then my original ab roller, and the grips are so much more firm. Must buy! Just love it!

This is nice and sturdy but not too heavy. I love the Bluetooth feature as well. The tread on the wheel is thick to prevent it from slipping. I love using it in my workouts. I have seen other ab rollers, but none that have an app to track your workout. The app is not a one and one, it also works with a few other pieces of workout equipment to track your workouts and progress. This wheel on this is much wider than most standard Ab Wheels, but this design offers better control. The rubberized wheel surface works out quite well so that it doesn't accidentally slip. Well made and durable, this will last for many years to come.

This is great for abs workout. It works more to upper stomach area. I always hesitate to get this kind because I am afraid of slip and hurt myself. But this one is great. Its friction is great and makes it safe. I am starting workout now, hope this will get me get my belly back.

I got this Ab roller because I’m trying to build a home gym to start the new year out strong. I can’t depend on gyms being open here due to the pandemic and I can workout at home without a mask on. I’m really pleased with this Ab roller because it’s large and well made, but not terribly heavy to move around. Also, this connects to my phone and keeps track of my workout data, which is amazing and keeps me accountable. Definitely a good purchase for my home gym without spending a ton of money.

Great item to start the new year diet and workout regimen. The first time I used this I almost broke my back. After watching some tutorials online I know how to correctly use this and I can feel it working on my core. It rolls easily on any flooring carpet or tile and the grip bars are sturdy. My only issue is that it isn't smart because the app doesn't load at all on Samsung.

When the gyms shut down I invested in a recumbent bike to make sure I stay fit during these challenging times. However my core wasn’t getting the work out it needed and I’m not much of a crunches/plank person so I gave this wheel a go. Easy to use and will give you a burn in ur core, upper body and arms.
