I have used NextStar for years and now it's not working. My stepdaughter moved in with her cat and I treated her with the cat formula. It is NOT working. Been fighting with fleas for 4 months now.

I just purchased 2 boxes of nextstar for my dogs bc I have two small dogs and one big dog so i had to buy the right one based on their weight. It’s been almost a week now since I applied the product to my dogs and it’s almost as if it’s gotten worse! It most definitely has NOT stopped the fleas and now my house is also infested with fleas! So now it’s going to cost me alot more bc i’m going to have to take them to the vet to be treated. I should have just did that in the first place instead of trying to take the cheaper way out. I’ve definitely learned my lesson and will NOT ever buy this product or recommend this product to anyone! Very disappointed!!!!

In addition to your pets, we recommend treating your carpets, yard, and pet’s bedding to eliminate fleas hiding in these areas. Your product says starts to kill fleas and ticks in 5 minutes I bought it for my two cats and two dogs not only did it not kill them within 5 minutes here we are 4 days later and they have more than they originally had if it allowed me to I would give zero Stars because I spent a lot of money for all four of my pets with this product for it to not do anything

I bought this a few weeks ago and immediately treated my dog when I got home. It didn’t work at all, and he still has adult size fleas. I’m pretty frustrated because it was hard for me to afford it and now I don’t have any improvement for my dog.

I was thoroughly impressed with how well this Nextstar Flea & Tick Topical for large dogs (89-132lbs) worked on my pup! I haven't seen any fleas, ticks, scabs or any other signs. My dog isn't constantly scratching like he was. I definitely prefer to use a topical serum over an oral medication. It stayed well on my dog and offered full protection. Great product that I highly recommend to all dog owners of all sizes and breeds.

It might be because we wasnt sent the correct amount of doses to treat both of our dogs and could only treat one, we have one large breed and onr smaller breed/pup. I wouldnt recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received three vials of NextStar Flea & Tick Spot Treatment for X-Large Dogs (89-132 lbs) from BzzAgent, and applied it to my dogs. I noticed that a few minutes after application it caused my dogs skin to become hot to the touch just where I applied the drops. My Doberman Lab mix did not like it and caused a little bit of irritation on the site but my other dog, a Rottweiler chow mix had no irritation but it did heat up. Over the course of the month I didn't notice any other irritation or any other problems. It did help a little bit with fleas, but it wasn't 100% effective like Bravecto or K9 Advantix II. I do believe it could be more effective if you're in an area that doesn't have a flea problem or a ton of mosquitoes.

By the time I received the product I had already started using a seresto collar for my 4 month old German shepherd. So I removed the collar and applied this topical treatment. For the duration of the treatment time I did not notice any fleas but did find some ticks, although they were dead. It did seem to keep my boy protected, but he has had continued itching at the application site. All in all, the product worked to prevent an infestation, but I can't speak to it's ability to treat a current infestation. If your fur baby has sensitive skin, use with caution.
