A: They contain vitamin D3 that’s not from a plant source, so these aren’t vegan. It’s unfortunate the manufacturer doesn’t know what “vegan” means.

Second day taking 2gummies at night and yes it’s working for me. I slept in no time and woke up not feeling hungry at all.. ate my first meal around 3p and didn’t finish all of it bc I was feeling so full. Just drinking tea, water and energy drinks. Will update if I notice any change in weight over the next week

These DEFINITELY make you sleepy. Within 30 minutes I was pretty drowsy and slept solidly. I’m not a typical melatonin user so these might have had a deeper effect on me. I can’t speak to the fat burner part because (as a Mom either kids) I just couldn’t keep taking these regularly since a routine bedtime isn’t always feasible. I think these are great for people who can get to sleep without disruption.
