I bought this a few weeks ago and can't believe I waited so long to own one. I spent a lot of time pouring over specs and reviews and I am glad I settled on this Ninja Pro XL. The large basket and non stick surface is a time saver. Our favorite so far was the Ranch Chicken but we used pork chops and instead of corn flakes we used Fritos! It was amazing, so quick, so easy I had a complete dinner on the table in 20 min.

The air fryer I had for almost 5 years kicked the dust and they no longer make that kind anymore so I was super bummed. I did a lot of research and found this to be the top rated air fryer. I use the air fryer pretty much daily, my spouse works out of town/on the road 4-5 days every week for about 8/9 months out of the year so making a huge mess and cooking for just myself is not something I prefer to do. I have used my air fryer most everyday since I got it a couple weeks ago and I absolutely love it! Much different than my previous and I was a little hesitant at first but since using I have came to love it. Super easy to use and so many different options on making things in it that my old one did not offer. I like the booklet that came with it that shows all the cooking times for everything.

We are very pleased with the performance of this product. However, we do find it to considerably noisier than our previous unit. We do find the temperature is much more productive than our previous unit.

Don’t get me wrong. I love my ninja air fryer. However, when you go to ninja site and use the recipes to make family meals and you go by everything that they’ve stated in your air fryer ruined your entire meal and burns your meatloaf. It’s a huge disappointment. I feel like the only thing I can cook in this is french fries and small stuff. This is the second time I’ve bought an air fryer and I thought if I got ninja products, it would be better, but I’m thoroughly disappointed.

This little/big air fryer is fantastic! It is easy to clean, easy to use. We opted for the one-drawer rather than the larger two-drawer model, and I'm so glad we did. The one drawer is bigger than I think one of the drawers would have been in the two-drawer, allowing us to fit a glass bowl for a casserole, plus it leaves more space on the counter. Very pleased. Cooks things very crispy.

I “upgraded” to this from a 5qt Cosori air fryer thinking I would be getting a larger air fryer. Technically I did, but the extra space is all vertical which is not beneficial in an air fryer. The grid where you place your food is the same size. So if you are buying this thinking it’s a larger air fryer, you may be disappointed.

Worked well for the first couple months then started getting an E2 error. Online it says it’s because the basket is overfilled, but that’s not the case when use it (think 8 chicken nuggets in the basket or a steak). Online also says the thermal sensor needs to be replaced and that’s not doable by the customer. Will not be buying a ninja product again.

We had a little dash air fryer that we use for about a year it did OK, but I got this today on sale half off and oh my gosh what a difference I will be using this every day. The food cooks faster and it turns out better- heated through and through and crispy on the outside! Perfection!!
