Q: I have had this coffee machine for about 8 months and I absolutely hate it why does the coffee buildup and clog and get all over the place

submitted by Buildup - 10 months ago
  • A: Keeps happening to me too. We had a different Ninja and it happened with that one too. We’ve tried different grounds and filters - still happens.

    submitted byCSF66 - 4 months ago
  • A: We're so sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your coffee system. Please reach out to our team by phone at 1-800-365-0135, we'd be happy to look into this for you.

Q: why does it have a cancer warning?

submitted by lv - 3 years ago
  • A: We're required by law in the State of California to include the Prop 65 Warning. We include the warning in abundance of caution and to comply with this California warning mandate. The mere presence of even one of over 900 chemicals requires this warning. Where it's not feasible to test for every single chemical, we're including the label with all of our products. Please rest assured that all Ninja Kitchen products comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Q: Does anyone else have the issues of it spraying everywhere when trying the K-Cup function? It works well for water but when we place a K-Cup in there it just creates a huge mess.

submitted by DMK - 3 years ago
  • A: Even using plastic k-cups it sprays coffee grounds into your coffee cup. So disappointing that you can’t use that function on this machine.

submitted byAngi - 6 months ago
  • A: It will do that if you use the soft, recycleable pods like I tried initially. It will work as it should if you switch to the "regualr" all plastic ones.

Q: Are the pod adaptor and brew basket dishwasher safe?

submitted by Alicar2212 - 19 days ago
  • A: The pod adapter is not dishwasher safe and should be hand-washed with warm, soapy water. The brew basket, however, is dishwasher safe, as are the water reservoir, reservoir lid, carafe, and brew-through lid.
