A: The air fry basket is stainless steel; however the sheet pan has am enamel coating. It isn't non-stick.

I ordered this item twice. Both times Target sent me a towel. Eventually I received a full refund, but this was a wedding gift and I had to go elsewhere to find this item.

Within two months of purchase the oven wouldn’t turn off and kept on heating up. Ninja replaced it and although the replacement lasted longer than the first one (more than a year) the same thing happened! Oven would not turn off, had to unplug and will not turn on again. Will not repurchase!

Great buy! Everything I've made from wings to roasted veggies to Chicken parm has turned out great! The fry basket can be tough to clean but I just spray it down before cooking and let it soak overnight afterwards. My favorite feature is how it flips up!!

I’ve owned it about a week now ….and so far no complaints. Makes great English muffins quickly …browns nicely . Made chicken on air fry in under twenty minutes ….next time will use a little oil. !!!! Does get quite hot ….as expected. On a whole it’s a great machine. And getting on sale was even nicer!!

I’ve had this Ninja for almost 2 years. It’s amazing. So much more than an air fryer. I use it more than my big oven especially on hot summer days. It’s replaced my toaster as well. Love how it folds up out of the way so I can still have my counter space. Love love love it!
