Q: Are the sheet pans enameled or non-stick? If non-stick, do they include PTFE's or PFA's?

A: The sheet pan is enamel. We recommend lining the sheet pan with aluminum foil/parchment paper or lightly coating with recommended oils for easy clean up after cooking. Soak the sheet pan in warm, soapy water overnight for stuck-on grease.

I have 4 ninja products and 2 of the 4 have been faulty and hazardous. 1 barely used and started smoking, now this one I’ve had for less than 2 months and the fan is breaking. Again, lightly used but even during the toast function the fan comes on, rattles, sounds loose and loud like an airplane. My guests asked me what the noise was …. embarrassing. WAY too much $$$ for the quality and hassle of their products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re having any cravings or planning to make anything big for family the Ninja Prestige Smart XL is just for you, while it may sound a bit loud, it is perfect for any occasion, pizza, cheese sticks, cookies, it even has a dehydrator!! Can’t wait to try that out, also the temperature can reach up to 450 degrees just like a typical oven!! This is like an air fryer but with an XL capacity, and WAY better. Fits perfectly in any medium sized kitchen :)

It works well and I enjoy using it but it also takes a lot of counter space. If you have a large kitchen, this would be a good choice. Otherwise, I’d go with a smaller unit. I’d say that it’s easy to clean.

It has replaced multiple small appliances for me, helping me clear off counter space in my small kitchen. Although the unit itself is pretty large, the biggest benefit is no longer needing multiple appliances. The unit is ideal for family size meals, giving enough space to make more than enough food. Due to the size, I always leave it on the counter instead of storing it and getting it out when I need. Thankfully, the design is sleek looking and easy to clean. The stainless matches my kitchen and is very easy to wipe down. I also love the usefulness of the unit. I can quickly toast bread then throw in something else to air fry right after. The 10-1 functionality makes it easy to pick the perfect setting for the food you are cooking. Everything I had made it in so far has come out perfect. It’s actually pretty quiet for an air fryer, which I appreciate. Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone who is in need a multifunctional air fryer and oven. I am very impressed.

I am being completely honest with this review and wanted to make that noon that I don’t just give good reviews for receiving products. I really like this oven! I went from having the KitchenAid one to this one and it is a big difference. It is a learning curve on how to cook different items in this, but I think it cooks much quicker and cleaner plus it’s nice to look at. I’m being really particular on trying to keep it clean because my old oven was disgusting And I’ve had this one now for about a month and I’ve actually kept it pretty clean so I’m guessing it’s going to be easy to keep clean. I’m so happy to have this product in my household now thank you for reading my review.

I bought this to replace the ninja oven I previously bought (which I absolutely LOVE). My older one was starting to make some bad noise. I received this "New" oven and was so excited only to be concerned and disappointed! This new one makes worse noise than my old version!!!! I'm a ninja product fanatic and this is my first disappointment. I'm hoping that they will stand by their product and fix this problem!

Pans and racks are easy to clean and made well. Easy and safe to use. Comes with directions. Unfortunately I am having trouble with uploading photos. I tried several times today. Air-fried and roasted veggies came out to perfection! Oven is large enough to effectively cook items without taking up a great amount of space in my condo kitchen. Loving that I can perform a ton of cooking options without heating up my large oven. Oven even comes with a useful guide on how to cook various foods utilize the included accessories and rack levels for best results. Looking forward exploring cooking options like the dual level cooking and dehydrated meats and veggies.
