Q&A(10)

Q: Will the red stain your hands?

submitted by Tweetyo - 5 years ago
  • A: In my experience, it stains your hands.

    submitted byKT02180 - 4 years ago
  • A: Hello and thank you for your question! The Red should not stain your hands, juts a quick wash with soap and water is all you need. If your hands are on the dry side however, it is totally fine to wear gloves.

Q: does this stain you bathroom tub

submitted by susan lombardo - 3 years ago
  • A: Hello, thank you for reaching out! You should not have any issue with it staining your bathtub. The only thing we would suggest you be cautious about is natural stone or older porous surfaces.

Q: I use the hot pink conditioner and I swear it smells exactly like mozzarella sticks. Is this really happening or is this my Pirosmia from when I had the Rona. Anyone else? Am I nuts? Colors well though

submitted by Pirosmia - 3 years ago
  • A: Hello, that is definitely a first! We are sorry to hear that you had Covid. Although we love mozzarella sticks, our products have a citrus and floral fragrance. Possibly the Pirosmia as you guessed.

Q: How long will the color last if I only use it once?

submitted by Vivian - 3 years ago
  • A: Hello, thank you for your question! It depends on the color that you use and the condition (porosity) of your hair. The pastels fade the fastest while the bolder tones take a little bit longer. If your hair is more porous, the color will last a bit longer as well.

Q: Do I need both the shampoo + conditioner or can I just use the conditioner like other competitors' similar products? My hair is faded purple right now and I'm interested in the lavendar.

submitted by Erica Bee - 4 years ago
  • A: Hello and thank you for your question! You do not need to use them both for beautiful color pay off, the conditioner will work just fine. That said you do have the option of both, for more color deposit or for hair that tends to fade really quickly and is difficult to maintain.

Q: How long do you have to let this sit on your hair? Also..is there bleeding? Looking for red.

submitted by - 5 years ago
  • A: Hello and thank you for your question! You can leave this for 2-5 minutes to refresh your color and up to 10 if you want to add a little more color intensity. There should not be any bleeding which is a huge plus! Just be sure to rinse really well since you are depositing color to the hair as well as conditioning.

Q: Does this color wash out?

submitted by Curtis123 - 5 years ago
  • A: Hello and thank you for your question! Yes, the color will fade. It is a semi permanent direct dye. With continued use, it can last as long as you want. Once you stop using the product, it will gradually fade form the hair. How long that takes will depend on the condition of your hair, how many times that you used it and what color that you used.

Q: would this work on naturally light gray hair?

submitted by Linda - 5 years ago
  • A: Hello and thank you for your question. The hair needs to be color treated or bleached for the product to deposit to the hair. Unfortunately, you will not see a result on gray hair.
