I loved the movie (rented it when it came out), but this one only came with the bonus disc! There is no disc for the actual movie. (The package clearly says 2 discs.) Too late to return, unfortunately. I do recommend the movie itself, though. Curious if anyone else had this issue...
Good movie.

The movie was not the best of bond but it was not bad either. 4K transfer is nice the only problem is it came with a digital copy for iTunes only and says you can transfer it to movies anywhere but that was a lie. I had to download iTunes just to be able to download the coffee and to watch it I have to have iTunes on my Roku box to watch it on TV and on my phone if I want to watch it on my phone. It does not transfer to anything other than iTunes. Another way to alienate people from Apple products and I don't understand why they think everybody in the world loves Apple when they won't play with anyone else. Movies Anywhere is an okay app but there's a lot of movies that don't work on that app and they don't do any TV series at all. I like Voodoo the best because all the movies work there of course not iTunes movies and it also will download your copy of TV series if it comes with the disc. So with movies anywhere half or a little over half of the movies I own won't work with movies anywhere so what's the use of having Invitational storefront? Anyway I'm a little bummed out because of this iTunes coffee that suckers you into downloading iTunes to be able to take advantage of your digital copy. I will definitely inquire the next time and if that's the same I will not purchase the movie at all and let the studio know they lost the sale. And I definitely do not like to have iTunes at all but I'm forced to have it. And that stinks thanks Apple.
Not what I hoped for

Gave 5 stars for the 4k picture and sound. The movie looked awesome along with some very good cinematography and sounded great if you have surround sound. The story fell short to me and was sad to see a depressed and emasculated Bond come to an end
Great Selection

As others have said, it can only be redeemed through iTunes. It cannot transfer over to a linked Movies Anywhere account because MGM does not play nicely with Movies Anywhere (only Sony, Universal, Disney, and Warner Bros.). So yes, I have a digital copy, but my only way to watch iTunes movies on my TV is a no-go for this movie.
Apple is the worst.

I've never reviewed anything here before. I'll make an exception for this proprietary nonsense. Stream anywhere it says. Nope! Not on an android device. Target, understandably, won't return an open movie - exchange only. Buyers beware.

Opened Package - No digital code insert

Just got the 4k Bond this weekend, and opened this morning to find that the digital code insert was completely missing. I know people are complaining about iTunes only (which is also bad), but what's even worse is not having the code included at ALL!! Now how in the world can I even get this fixed? I am sure they will say I am lying...

This movie has a lot more violence than previous Bonds, and it felt like more of a thriller than action. The ending was not consistent with Fleming's novels or the movies, and it was a disappointment that that's how they ended Daniel Craig's legacy.

All the plot, interest, and act was at the beginning of the film. Everything else was predictable. Non of the actors seemed interested in the characters they played. Last Bond for Craig and it showed.

Amazing last Bond movie with Daniel Craig. I received two disks with a 4k and blu-ray disk and a code for a digital copy that granted me access to the movie on apple tv to watch immediately. I watched it on my 4k tv though hdmi on my mac's apple tv app.
Buyer beware. Digital copy isn't worth the paper it's printed on.

First, the movie itself is ok. But it does look great. I had some issues with the direction they went with the film when I saw it in theaters. I bought this largely for the discs to complete my repackaging/design project where I will be able to have all 25 bond films in the Bond Collection set. Welcome to the age of DRM where you have to have 20 different accounts to juggle. The digital code is limited to Apple TV. That's strike one. Strike two? You have to go to yet another store i.e. Googe play or Windows Store to download a stupid app just to redeem it. If there was ever a way to alienate a potential customer from ever wanting to use your digital storefront? This is a good way to do it Apple. You've already made the customer resent the hoops they have to jump through. So even if I do redeem this digital code? Your app will be promptly uninstalled and never touched again once I link it through Movies Anywhere. And I thought Video games were bad. This is ridiculous. If you want to buy this for the disc? You at least have the disc and they can't mess with that or pull a digital copy out from under you.

Great Movie, Bad Digital Copy. Literally Worthless And Digital Was Half The Reason For Purchase.
