Q: Can this be used along with the serum and lotions? I mean a lot of products say do not use with other....I have No 7 serum and mosturizer and wanted to know if I could just add this to the routine? Is it save for under eyes?

Q: I can open the injector at its base by twisting it but when I press it to my face nothing is emitted? When I shake the container liquid moves. What can I do to apply it to my face? Run it under hot water? Something else?
A: Hi there! Once you have twisted the base left into the "on" position, you need to press the base in towards the tube to start dispensing the product. If the product has never been opened before, you may need to press the base a little harder in order for the product to dispense from the tube to the opening.
