Q: Do No.7 products, (particularly Lift and Luminate) contain PALM OIL or palm oil derivatives?
A: I appreciate No. 7 efforts to responsibly source ingredients. Unfortunately, RSPO certification has been revealed to be ineffective and unreliable. It is so difficult to find products free from PALM OIL. I urge No. 7 to reformulate without any Palm Oil derivatives. You will find a loyal consumer base who are committed to fighting climate change.

Q: I am in my 70’s, which type of No7 product am I supposed to be using?

We believe it is important to choose your products based on your skin needs/concerns as opposed to age, but generally the concerns for 70+ skin would be lines, wrinkles, sun spots, dryness and fragile skin. If this is true for you, we would recommend the No7 Restore & Renew Skin Care Line of products. Q: It says the day cream is scented. What is the scent used in the cream? Usually, scents will cause acne for me.

Q: What is the difference in the serum and the cream? The price is quite different. Thanks!
A: You’re actually supposed to use the serum after you’ve washed your face. Next, apply the cream. They’re supposed to work together.

Q: What is the difference between the day and night cream?
A: The night cream is heavier consistency. Day cream is lighter and is better to use when you’re also planning to wear makeup. Daytime also has SPF 30
