Phenomenal flavor, absolutely delicious, and def my favorite brand of lemon yogurt. ...however, the saturated fat in one serving is 40% of your daily value, while the sugar is 46% of your daily value. That's wayyy too much to eat on any type of regular basis. If the nutritional values were better I would have scored this product much higher, but seeing as this is yogurt, and not an ice cream sundae or a slice of chocolate cake, I had to score it accordingly.

My whole family eats these for treats and breakfast now mix it up freeze it like frozen Spain lemonade. Mix it up with quick rising flower for a lemonady bread. Strawberry good too. My dog loves it too but he only gets 2 thirds of it.

Man thus is some decadent stuff! It contains an Australian yogurt and whole milk with sugars from the milk and fruit so it tends to be more if a dessert. It does, however, contain some protein and probiotics which is a plus. Treat yourself with this little treasure!
