Q: How much of the rrr alpha tocopherol is in this as I'm already taking maximum amount in my current prenatal and don't want to take any more of that?
A: Hi Lolita! A very small amount of the RRR-alpha-tocopherol is used as a natural preservative in the formula, the exact amount is proprietary. It is considered less than 1.5% of the total soft gel fill. It's roughly 5mg or 7.5IU per soft gel. Please contact us with any additional questions, customerservice@nordicnaturals.com - Thanks!
