One thing about this Omega supplement is its taste. No fishy burping like you would get in the off-brand capsules. It is a tad pricy, but it lasts a very long time. I rate it at 5 out of 5 stars.

If you’re looking for incorporating omega into your diet, I would recommend purchasing from Nordic. I started taking these supplements to address my hair concerns and so far I would say it has improved. The capsules do not have after taste and are the size is appropriate. If you’re considering to include omega in your diet I would recommend to start with Nordic.

I've tried a few different fish oil pills, and this is by far my favorite. Firstly, it contains not just Omega 3, but also Omegas 6 and 9. I wanted a pill that contained all three, as it is not just healthy for the heart, but also the hair and skin. Secondly, I don't get those nasty fish burps after swallowing this suckers. With fish pills I've taken in the past, half an hour after choking them down, I'd burp up fish. Gross! With Nordic Naturals, after swallowing, there is no evidence I ever took fish oil. Love it!
