The American Pregnancy Association (APA) has identified rosemary extract as a possible risk to some mothers during pregnancy. I believe this product to be a pure fish oil, unlike the others who do lot stick by this standard. Always fresh, and never rancid like some of the others. Subscription service saves me a few bucks, and makes sure I always have some on hand. No complaints!

I’ve been taking Nordic Naturals fish oil for many years. Prior to starting this brand I purchased fish oil from the grocery store or pharmacy. Each brand I tried had some level of fishy aftertaste. This brand has no aftertaste at all and is recommended by many of the scientists performing research about omega 3 supplementation, brain health, heart health and supplement makers transparency during production. I can definitely find a cheaper brand but I cannot find one with better documented results or taste.

This fish oil doesn’t leave you with the fish burps and it doesn’t smell but still has a great amount of EPA/DHA to help with inflammation or for pregnancy. Happy to see Nordic naturals in store at my local target!
