I have been taking these gummies daily for about 1.5 years. I can truly say that this has been the main change in my diet/vitamin intake and it has helped prevent any occurrences of the common cold/viral infections. I have a toddler and and a school aged child (7) who consistently bring back germs from school. I can honestly say that I don’t catch any symptoms and if I do, they are very mild. These pills are easy to digest, the taste is good and they can be taken on either a full or empty stomach.

I really wanted to like these, they have a lot going for them in terms of avoiding potentially unhealthy fillers and being bioavalible. Sadly, I found them almost unpalatably sweet. Note that this may not do representative, as I'm currently pregnant and that impacts my tastes, but they are deffinately a lot sweeter than the prenatal multivitamin gummies I'm taking.

I love that these don’t have sugar. Gummies are an easy and satisfying way to get vitamin d. I had my levels tested recently after a long period of not taking supplementary vitamin d and my levels were low so I bought these. No way do I want a sugar filled gummy so these were perfect.
