Description
Nordic Ware Petits Fours Pan is a French history lesson in fine baking and energy efficiency. Breadmakers' ovens were used to roast and bake. Roasting required the high heat in the "grand four" or large oven. As the oven cooled, tea cakes and pastries were baked in the "petit four" or small oven. Today, petits fours are served at elegant occasions or at the holidays. This Nordic Ware Petits Fours pan has 20 floral mini molds with four different flower shapes. The pan gives superior results due to the heavy cast aluminum sides that create excellent conduction of heat allowing cakes to rise evenly with beautiful golden crusts. The interior nonstick coating allows for easy release protecting the finer details of each mold that is a famous tradition with Nordic Ware bakeware.
