Although it IS very sturdy, eventually all dinnerware suffers attrition. I was glad to find this set, with the same shapes and pieces, in a color that complements the existing green and tan.

I already owned a set of dinnerware in this style & love it. I wanted to add smaller bowls than ones that came with the set, so I bought these rice bowls- they are perfect. I love the simplicity of Colorwave- color can be added with placemats and/or napkins. The colorwave pcs. are very versatile & have held up quite well. I put them in the dishwasher & microwave & no issue with either. So, I highly recommend these bowls.

I bought these bowls to dress up simple spaghetti meals and they are even more elegant than I anticipated. Depending on the table linens the dishes can be "dressed down" too. I now use them for many meals besides pasta. Wish I had purchased them years ago.

The clay is a perfect neutral for any color kitchen! We started with a brown kitchen, but have renovated into gray/white and the clay still matches perfectly. The square pattern is so modern, and the sizes are perfect for lunch and dinner. All of the pieces have held up well to daily use, washes in the dishwasher, and dinner parties. Very pleased!
