Very disappointed in the quality and craftsmanship of the trees. The branches were un even one very long one that stuck out and not uniform with the rest on the smallest tree. _x000D_ _x000D_ It appeared as if the branches were from another tree and made the smaller trees. There were several exposed metal branches that scratched my hands. Not a few several throughout all trees. The bottom of the bases did not screw into the base. If they were picked up to be moved the base fell off.

We were very disappointed. The needles are a flimsy plastic. These fall off all over the floor when you get them out of the box. I tried repeatedly to get someone via phone, but never could. Then, I sent a defective merchandise email trying to get help for how to return the trees. When I got an email response, it was a form reply asking for pictures, etc, info on who inspected the trees, etc. These were not appropriate responses to my specific issue. I responded to the email, but am still awaiting another response. Ordering trees for xmas and getting them like this really puts one in a tough spot for getting trees again for xmas.
