Poor design and the use of plastics, just disappointed. Yes it pops corn, so it has that. I would recommend spending a little more money, and get something better

Had this as a gift years ago and would never get rid of it! It's the best . ! Never had the small tray for unpoped corn I wish I could buy that part !!

Purchased 2-3 years ago and product has rust all over cart, and is starting to rust on opening dispensar of top unit. Has always been in kitchen and been cleaned. Messaged support who offerd a small discount to buy another one.
