Shrunken and damaged after one wash. Everywhere it creased in the washer there are white fibers sticking out - looks like the color is painted on.

This runner was surprisingly very nice. I moved into an older condo and the kitchen floors tell its age. This runner gives pulls it together. I think the color could be brighter, it’s a bit on the darker side. Other than that I enjoy it. I’d get stick tabs to keep it in one place if you have children, pets or will be in your kitchen often.

This looks horrible after machine washing. I can't believe they are claiming this washable. Really liked it until it looked horrible with pulls and weird wrinkled up fabric that won't straighten after washing. Go with something else.

I washed and air dried as instructed, and it appears to have separated from the backing so there are wrinkled areas throughout. The rug is not really the color stated.

Bought this rug online without seeing it. I was pleasantly surprised at the both the quality and design. The color was just as described. I chose the dark gray and it goes well with the furniture. Love the fact that it is washable. The only downside, which is why I rated it four stars, is that it is thinner than I expected. Definitely need a rug pad. Otherwise, for the price it is a good value.

I just received the rug and so far, I love it! I purchased the “White” color and it does have some light gray in it as other reviewers mentioned. The size, price and color are a win for me (and I think my pugs approve as well).

The rug itself is fine. It's soft underfoot but also thin enough for washing. My main issue is that the border stitching doesn't match the rug whatsoever. I got the olive green rug and the border was light grass green (nothing like the photos), so be wary of color consistency. It also slides around on my tiled floor so requires a pad of some sort.
