I purchased the 9x12 and it was shipped folded onto itself and shoved into a large box . I have never seen a large area rug shipped so poorly . Due to this the carpet has permanent creases and foods and nothing I’ve tried to smooth it out has worked - but even double sided carpet tape. The box was the size of a small refrigerator and I of course disposed of it but now Target is making it impossible for me to return a damaged item . I don’t have the means to transport such a large item and they won’t schedule a carrier pick up . And I’m expected to return it in a huge box as opposed to the proper way by rolling it up and wrapping in thick plastic like EVERY other carpet is shipped . Now I have to dispute the charges with my card due to the horrible customer service by Target .

This rug was beautiful, but by the end of the first summer, it was faded (red was now yellow) and patchy. This is a photo at the start of year 3. Any red tuffed parts exposed to the elements have disintergrated. Most of the orange is gone.

Adding a few colorful throw pillows wasn’t enough to perk-up my beige outdoor sofa collection. This rug is comfy on bare feet, colors are great in person, and after a summer outside full-time, it still looks brand new. I’m lazy, so instead of sweeping the pine needles off, I can pick it up & shake off any dirt. Planning to get another from this company for under our outdoor dining set.
