They sent me 1) The wrong rug 2) the wrong size. I ordered a 6x9 and they sent me a 5x7 plain tan rug. You can understand my confusion. Customer service will not replace it (even tho the item is WRONG) and will only give a refund WITH a return. Which means I now have to figure out how to fit this rug into my vehicle to go to fedex to return it. Since they won’t accept it in Target store. Cool cool. Thanks for nothing. Horrible experience. I won’t buy a rug online from target again.. learned my lesson. Buyer beware.

I had ordered 8x10 version of this rug some time ago and was very pleased; however, the round version will NOT lay flat. Curls up and creates a tripping hazard. Very disappointed

The rug that I received did not look like the featured rug on line. It was very light in color and the image in the rug is blurry. The price was great, and it arrived quickly. If I didn't need it immediately, I would have returned it. It looks like a faded and defective rug. I love Target, however I doubt I will purchase another area rug online. My low score is simply because the one I received was not attractive, probably defective.

Love the pattern of this rug and it vacuums pretty easy. Only problem, it gets dirty extremely fast. I have it in a high traffic area however we’re a no shoe household so I assumed it would stay clean longer. Nope! Second week and it was dirty. :( I purchased on sale so if gets too bad I’ll purchase another or try to clean with my mini carpet cleaner.

Beautiful rug with neutral colors that go with everything. It is very thin (you get what you pay for), but I like to switch up my rugs every few years so I appreciate not having to pay hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars for these very large rugs. A beautiful rug at a great price.
