I don't like this vitamin as it doesn't dissolve like it should therefore, I'm not getting the vitamins from it. Will not get any more of these, not sufficient enough

I’ve been taking NOW Cal/Mag 1000/500 ratio for several years. Just as I trust Swanson products, I also trust NOW. The 2:1 ratio is good per a compounding pharmacist. I take a separate D3 supplement so this formula is fine with me.

I'm always looking for a good bone supplement, and usually like Now brand, however, neither of the main forms of calcium or magnesium in this supplement are the most easily absorbed by the body. Also you could only take one at a time, as the body can not process more then 500 mg of calcium at one time.

I did quite a search for a combination of calcium and magnesium in 2 doses vs 3 because I take one in the morning and one at night and they are large pills, so 3 was a nuisance. Plus I trust the NOW company. Swanson gives a great price on a known product and they are delivered quickly. A nice combination.
