i did some more research on the sugar substitute they use. i have acid indigestion sometimes and the rare ibs so i decided not to drink this product. not a big believer in sugar substitutes anyway. just stick to cane sugar or honey or something natural, please. so despite the company saying it is safe, i didn't risk it. however, i do drink a lot of the now brand regular hot coco mix.

The hot cocoa taste is pretty similar to regular hot cocoa. It advertises that it also works for chocolate milk, however for myself it didn't mix in well with cold milk. It still had chunky pieces floating on the top, despite me using with a spoon or an electric milk frother. It mixed in perfectly well with the warm and hot milk though and the taste was good.
