I have been taking Maca for many years to help with my PMS symptoms, and to help my hormones overall. I notice a HUGE difference when I don't take it. I feel moody or irritable. This is a staple in my daily life. Can not live without! Highly recommend.

Okay, so maybe I don't like I should run the marathon every time I take a Maca. But I do realize that I DON'T feel tired. I take this when I want to go out and have a good time without falling asleep after the first glass of wine; when My flashes are threatening to take over; when I go to the gym. I LOVE it, and now I have my friends taking it, and they LOVE it too.

This definitely does give a nice little energy boost. I even use this mid work out and I get a lift within 12 minutes and it does not cause jittery feelings at all. This is a great product with a lot of health benefits and for the price, its worth getting. even a friend tried it and she got nice results as well with energy.

I have a lot of experience with maca. It really does help me in supporting my endocrine system, especially during the winter. I combine a couple of these capsules with the Swanson Fo-Ti to help me through menopausal symptoms. I will, however, note that you need to be buying powdered maca in bulk... it is a FOOD and not an herb. You need to be consuming it at the rate of several tablespoons a day to get the bang for the buck. You know to back off when... uh... you start sizing up inanimate objects around the house for their pleasure potential in the bedroom.
