If you're not sure how to tell the difference, Makuna honey is more robust than wildflower honey and has kinda an earthy/creamy complex profile because the bees eat different plants. The flavor is enjoyable and makes me feel like I'm treating myself but also being healthy. I have been adding the honey to my tea and fruit bowls.

I mix it with some Black Seed Oil and take a spoonful daily. I don't usually add sweeteners to my teas but I did add a bit to some lemon/ginger tea when I was sick and it was fantastic. It smells floral and even slightly nutty (?) and the creamy texture makes it very appetizing.
