I think it helps, my training session are very neurologically fatiguing, where it’ll take 3 days to recover. With this it cut it down to a day and half

The capsule size is standard and there's no weird aftertaste or smell. I took 3 capsules as directed before bed and didn't experience any issue.

I began going back to the gym about a month ago after being completely out of shape, so I knew I was diving into what I thought would be a difficult and potentially painful journey. I found their new patent for HMB to be very interesting and really liked that it had also been clinically tested, although I was skeptical, I have to say I was beyond pleasantly surprised! I have barely had any soreness in my muscles post-workout, my sleep has GREATLY improved, I noticed a slight acceleration in the way my body was burning fat, and a noticeable decrease in my stress levels. I highly recommend it, what an amazing product!

I also am experiencing less soreness from gardening, housework and other exercise.
