It seemed to work to lower my cholesterol!! After seeing many reviews (with proof) that RYR has helped lower people's cholesterol, i decided to try it. I've been taking it now daily for about a year along with a plant sterols supplement and Im seeing results! After having my labs done this past October, it showed my cholesterol levels dropped significantly for the first time in like 8 years! My doctor congratulated me- it's the lowest it's been all these years, as it seemed to be getting higher every year. It's still slightly over the high range but if I continue taking this and the plant sterols, it should go down to normal by my next visit. I didnt even do much to change my diet, which is quite varied. I'm still enjoying my treats as usual! However, I will be working on trying to eat healthier to lose weight. I have also been back to drinking my fave tea- green jasmine tea, especially when I eat things like cake or cookies, which may also be helping.

I take 2 of these caps everyday with dinner. Along with 2 caps from the Swanson Traditional Red yeast rice for lunch. They seem to be doing what they are supposed to do. I think it's quite funny that you can not really elaborate or say what they do for you or they will not publish your review! Really? Do your own research & decide what is best for you. I would not take statins as I can not not tolerate them.
