It totally burns, but there’s no denying it works. My skin cleared up quickly compared to other products I’d been using (like Clean & Clear). I have used once a day and have not experienced drying. My only complaint is it burns my eyes a bit from the fumes. You have to keep it away from eyes, but sometimes I breakout on my forehead or nose so it’s inevitable. I wish it was a little less strong. However, I do still recommend the product as it performs as promised.

I’ve been using this salicylic acid treatment for acne and blemishes for years, and I can confidently say it works wonders! I first used it in my teen years and loved the results, so now I use it for my special needs teenager. She has occasional breakouts and can't wash her face, but this product really helps control her acne. Whenever we take a break from using it, we notice her acne starts to come back, so consistency is key, especially during hormonal changes. We only apply it once a day, but you can use it up to three times daily. We also cleanse her face with cleansing wipes beforehand. The product does have a strong medicated smell, but I’ve grown to like it as it gives me the feeling that it's working deep into the pores. There’s no irritation, and while I did experience some dryness when I used it too often as a teen, a break from the product and a bit of moisturizing took care of that. One tub a the pads last a while, depending on how often you decide to use it. Overall, I highly recommend this treatment for acne control!

I personally have a really stubborn skin type. Sometimes it’s oily, other times dry, and it is really confusing trying to find products that work with me while not simultaneously working against me. I use to use this as a teenager. I thought it went away until I found some so I stocked up. I LOVE these! I love the smell. You get plenty of pads. It feels like it cleans and exfoliates your face. Price is very affordable as well. My face is blemish free for the most part until my cycle comes (and then barely).

I have been using these for years. They do smell pretty strong and if you have any open pimple on your face it will sting. They last a long time cause you only need one pad a day. It does dry out my face if I am not using a moisturizer after.
