Nuloom Melrose Checked Wool Area Rug

The rug itself is pretty but I ordered the moss color and they sent me gray.

Rug was torn and frayed due to poor handling. Looks like it was dragged across the ground. It was only packaged in plastic which did not protect the rug.

I was initially happy with the rug. It looked and felt quality. But after noticing a flaw in the stitching I began looking and found multiple areas of the rug where there was either a gap in the stitching showing the webbing below or holes where there was no stitching at all. I love the pattern of this rug and wanted it to work but I couldn't live with the multiple flaws given the price. Sad to have to return it.

I was really excited for this rug to arrive, but immediately upon rolling it out I noticed that I must have gotten a defective one. The edge of the rug is falling apart which is unfortunate because I decided on this rug because of the high quality that was mentioned in many of the reviews.

I like the style of the rug, however I expected it to be darker than it is and definitely a bit softer. It'll still be good for us with kids and pets! I'm glad I got it on sale because it would not be worth it for the full price.

I love the rug! It is so pretty!

When we opened the rug, there was a big puff of dust or dirt and the back had an obvious dirty spot. It smelled musty and made it hard to breathe. One edge was worn off (see the picture). Definitely not keeping it. As far as the construction of the rug goes, it is a heavy, wool cotton blend that appears nicely made. Colors are various shades of brown with a beige/ivory hatch. Really disappointed that they would send something so dirty and worn.

I’m not sure what the negative reviews are talking about. The rug is soft and has a good height to it. It looks great and so happy I got it on sale!

Other reviews are spot on—it does shed a lot when vacuumed, but I adore the pattern and the incredibly soft, plush feel. It truly adds warmth to the space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look of this rug however, it snags exceptionally easily and sheds fibers non-stop. We have had it for over 4 months with multiple vacuums per week and it still fills up the entire vacuum bin. Honestly, if I could return it I would.

I was skeptical when it arrived folded up in a plastic bag instead of rolled up like usual. Then when I plopped it on my floor, a big dust cloud came out of it and some powdery dust was everywhere. I can only assume this was a used rug. But now the burden is on me to take it back - I'd like UPS to come pick it up!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a beautiful rug and looks perfect in the room the only thing is there are small wood chips in it. I emailed and spoke with the rep but according to them it is normal because of the natural fibers of to wool. So you might step in a small wooden piece. I stated they should make that clear in the description if it’s a “normal” part of the rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure why everyone says this rug is soft and doesn't shed, because that definitely has not been my experience so far. I ordered the brown 8x10, and while the design is really fun and beautiful, it hurts to sit on (I like sitting on the floor in front of the couch sometimes) because the material is so pokey and the pokey bits and pieces keep shedding off and attaching to my leggings, irritating my skin even more. There's also random literal rock hard pieces scattered among the rug that's definitely not wool, some sort of hardened plastic maybe?? The only redeeming factor for this rug is the design.....super disappointed at the quality for my first (and last) RugsUSA purchase.

Terrible quality, rug was not cheap and it has loose threads all over and the edges are fraying. I’ve had this for less than 6 months. When I reach out to rugs USA they offered me 10% off for the next 48 hours..do not recommend
